In my work I apply focusing, a method developed by Eugene T. Gendlin, an American philosopher and psychotherapist. Focusing works with bodily sensations, with a deepened state where your full attention is directed to the body. It teaches you how to turn off your mind and turn on your bodily sensations.

Focusing trainer

As a focusing trainer, I will teach you the method and how to apply it so that you have a self-knowledge tool in your hands that you can use any time you would like. One of the foundations of the method is that you learn to pay close attention to your body. You can use this even if you feel physical pain, your body "signals". This close attention may resolve the pain while pointing to mental content.

Coach

During coaching, we work on the objective arising from your workplace or life situation. Focusing supports the process as an additional element and helps you get closer to your emotions.

Focusing guide

If there is a broad topic that you would like to look at both from a cognitive and emotional side, as a focusing guide, I will accompany you with the presence that can best help you during your process. Focusing will be applied when your topic or question requires it.
